Definition

'An intrinsic and alive stillness. The ground of emergence for all form.'[1]

Discussion

In dynamic stillness is a state beyond time and space. In sessions we experience a conscious presence where the mind rests and pauses. Only a few minutes might pass - but this moment feels endless. A door opens to the unknown, the observer has no place here and the deep forces of health are at work.
